The Abeytas-Sabinal Zoning District is applicable within the following boundaries:
To to north, The Socorro/Valencia County line.
To the east, the Middle Rio Grand Conservancy District's Lower Sabinal riverside drain and the San Francisco riverside drain.
To the south, the Bernardo Game Refuge, the La Joya Game Refuge, and the Sevilleta National Wildlife Refuge.
To the west, the Plains Electric Power Transmission line right of way.
The District Boundaries border approximately 15,000 acres.
